As an ageing population, “prevention is better than cure".  Clinic 1 covers general problems using a questionnaire format and screening test, eg:

• Body Mass Index (BMI)
• Blood Sugar Level (BSL)
• Blood Cholesterol Level (Total)
• Blood Pressure (BP)

This clinic covers the topics in greater depth and targets specific problems uncovered in clinic 1.  Clinic 2 can be held individually or in conjunction with clinic 1.  It is an in-depth clinic involving teaching based on existing lifestyle.
