This informative education day is designed to create a greater awareness about heart disease risk factors and includes BMI, waist/hip ratio, pulse and blood pressure readings. One of our health professionals will assist individuals with a personalised questionnaire that aims to assess the clients risk of future issues.
- Healthcare professional meets your employee in a one-on-one consultation
- Information presented about heart disease and risk factors
- Screening of blood pressure, pulse, weight, height, BMI, waist and hip to identify the individual’s risk factor level
- Customer’s risk factors analysed and discussed
- General and personalised preventative measures taught (food factors, benefits of exercise, etc.)
- Information brochure presented to the employee.
